Dear A-1 Stoves,
I appreciate this information, as I was getting worried that you had lost my order (which I placed on the 8th of February). You have made up for the error in shipping admirably, by paying the 'overnight' rate (which I understand is probably more than the total bill of my order), and as soon as I verify that my issue is repaired with my Austroflamm Integra stove, I shall be most likely ordering other things (like the annual gasket kit, and the door seal kit). Your loss in this shipping change may perhaps be made up by further purchases (which are not quite as critical as the total loss of heating in my location). I shall use your company for these items, as you have shown me that customer service (and your desire to correct mistakes and such) seems to be as important to you as it is to me. Don't be afraid to contact me personally, as I am a reasonable man, and understand that mistakes are made at all levels. We are only human, are we not?
I have your website on my 'favorites' list, and will recommend you to anyone who is looking for parts for these stoves (and other brands).
